The DC530KA is a Factory Reconditioned Heavy-Duty Cordless Pencil Vibrator Kit. The DC530KA is a full-power 1-1/8" pencil vibrator with the convenience of the DEWALT cordless 18-volt battery system. The pencil vibrator is ideal for small-scale reinforced concrete applications such as post-tension home slab perimeters, formwork, small-scale concrete street repairs, footers, insulated concrete forms or any application where proper concrete consolidation is critical. It has a 4' long flexible shaft for easy use and long reach. The 1-1/8" vibrator maintains 14,000 vibrations per minute under load for maximum consolidation efficiency. The kit includes two 18-volt XRP extended-runtime battery packs, a one-hour charger with automatic tune-up mode and a carrying bag to store the batteries and charger.

The Makita BVR450Z's 45-minute Optimum Charger and battery communicates throughout the charging process using the built-in chip in the battery and built-in CPU chip in the charger. The Charger also uses "Active 3 Control" for current control, thermal control & voltage control.
